IL Fiorello is a family-owned company dedicated to growing and milling the finest quality artisan olive oil. Owners Ann and Mark Sievers produce oil from their own certified organic groves. Their properties are located in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairfield and Napa Valley, a still-rural area where creek-side soils allow good drainage for their 3000 olive trees.

They have been very successful in olive oil competitions, both in local and international venues. These awards are proof of their dedication to producing the finest quality oil. Il Fiorello has received 185 awards in competitions since 2009. In 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019, we were named as one of the best olive oil producers in the world.

The farm also offers lunch in their Bistro, cooking classes, cocktails and gelato.
